I have been a notary public for thirteen years and a signing agent for ten. I have closed over 2,000 refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgages and other loans for banks, title companies, attorneys, and title agencies with a 99.7% error-free average. I can close Texas A6 cash-out loans with a partnering local attorney's office. I carry a $10K TX bond and $100K E&O insurance.  I maintain an annual NNA background check.

I am also commissioned in Texas to do remote online notarizations. I use vouched.id for state-of-the-art facial recognition technology for identity verification.
